This one star is because of the CA Cricket Tap balls I ordered. In one day 3 balls are broken. It means that they are not original. Otherwise the service is good. 2 more balls broken on second day.. I know you are reseller and not maker, but this doesn't happen to original CA balls. I don't think these are original. In 2 days 5 balls broken.

I ordered a cricket bat and it reached fast. After a while a cracking sound came from the bat. I observed it for a while. It happened again and again from the same spot on the bat.

I told the shop about the problem and sent them a video in which the sound could be heard. They called me and said those insects are no problem. But I did not agree as insects will damage the bat over time. So I sent the bat back.

They refunded me the product but did not refund the sending costs as the „product does not have a damage“ according to them.

Obviously I am very unhappy with them. It seems like the shop sells products with poor quality or has a storing issue.

I definitely do not recommend buying from this shop. Better ordering from amazon where the refund is no big fuss and the products are usually of good quality.
